Responsibilities
Instigate the loading and unloading of deliveries and collections.
Ensure all information regarding equipment moving in and out is processed appropriately.
Liaise continuously with warehouse and office-based departments, relaying operational information in a timely manner.
Manage equipment stock using the company stock control system and handheld scanners, ensuring system stock levels accurately reflect equipment held in the warehouse.
Communicate effectively with the project team, warehouse departments, company drivers, and external transportation companies to ensure safe, efficient, and timely equipment transportation.
Manually load and unload stage lighting equipment from vehicles of various sizes.
Pick, prepare, and roller-paint stage lighting trusses, metalwork, and woodwork.
Prepare and de-prepare stage lighting systems.
Assemble stage lighting metalwork and woodwork.
Clean cases, equipment, and aluminium trusses.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping.
Carry out other duties as required or authorised by the line manager or reporting line.
Comply with all health and safety requirements, policies, and procedures.
Keep work areas clean and tidy.
Desired Qualifications
Current forklift truck licence.

About You & the Role:
Neg Earth Lights have an opportunity for an experienced Goods In/Out Operative to join the Warehouse Team.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that Neg Earth’s equipment is processed and serviced to the highest and safest standard. You will be part of a professional operations team that ensures the equipment is ready for clients in agreed timescales, working alongside highly skilled technicians with some of the industries leading technology and brands.
