- Maintain visual merchandising standards, directives, and promotions, and keep the sales floor and stockroom clean and organized.
- Maintain strong communication with every team member, including providing regular coaching.

- Work successfully as part of a team with all company employees.
- Open and close the store when required.
- Participate in and attend all store meetings and related functions.
