Requirements
  • The candidate must have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past two years.
  • The candidate must be able to use a computer to communicate via email and be proficient in Microsoft Office products and related tools and technology required for the position.
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a relevant field and at least two years of experience with program management, technical assistance, learning management systems, facilitation, and organization of large web conferences or training sessions.
  • The candidate must have at least two years of experience providing communication, learning management system, educational training, and/or knowledge management expertise.
  • The candidate must have experience developing learning management system training materials.
  • The candidate must have experience in data collection, analysis, and written reports summarizing collected data.
  • The candidate must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • The candidate must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The candidate must be able to propose possible resolutions to complex managerial or operational problems.
  • The candidate must have English verbal, written, editing, research, and communication skills.
  • The candidate must have project management and organizational skills.
  • The candidate must be familiar with Section 504 and Section 508 disability requirements and accommodations.
  • The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Publisher.
  • The candidate must have advanced data analytics skills, including time-series regressions and applying appropriate statistical models to job tasks.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage learning management system administration and provide technical assistance.
  • Ensure webinar-based financial education training sessions operate adequately and remain accessible to participating groups.
  • Provide instructional content for online resources.
  • Work with the Curriculum Developer and Financial Literacy Instructor to develop and design online learning content and implementation methods for online training participants.
  • Answer participant questions by telephone regarding learning management system functionality and support.
  • Understand training and business priorities and proactively improve learning management system processes and efficiency.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and advisor on learning management system functionality and processes.
  • Provide learning management system support for the Curriculum Developer, Curriculum Quality Control Analyst, and Financial Literacy Instructor.
  • Develop and build integration and implementation strategies with the curriculum and instruction team to better serve online learning participants.
  • Answer participant questions in person and online through chat, email, and telephone communication.
  • Manage data feeds between the learning management system and other information systems.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and testing activities when necessary.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field or related subject is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
