Requirements
  • You bring 8+ years of experience leading integrated regional marketing and ABM strategy within enterprise B2B technology companies.
  • You have built an ABM or account engagement program from zero, not inherited one, and can point to the measurable impact.
  • You actively use AI and modern tooling in your day-to-day workflows, not just following the conversation from the sidelines.
  • You know the difference between servicing sales and holding sales accountable, and you have done both.
  • You are confident and strategic under pressure and do not become tentative when a senior stakeholder pushes back.
  • You define what should be done before you figure out how to execute it.
  • You are comfortable not having all the infrastructure handed to you and you are energized by building it yourself.
Responsibilities
  • Own ABM at 1:1 (top 15–50 accounts) and 1:many (100–200+ accounts) scales with hands-on, results-accountable ownership.
  • Map and engage buying committees across priority accounts, moving beyond marketing-qualified leads to true account penetration.
  • Build repeatable account engagement engines from scratch and align with sales on prioritization, including maintaining alignment when challenges arise.
  • Integrate tools like Clay, intent data platforms, and AI-assisted sequencing into live workflows with measurable outcomes from day one.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation: test, measure, iterate, and scale; avoid waiting for a perfect playbook.
  • Push the envelope on what modern account-based marketing can look like, beyond traditional approaches.
  • Own or deeply shape the sales development representative program, closing the loop between marketing signals and sales outreach.
  • Make sales a true co-planning partner and navigate organizational friction with credibility and constructive pressure.
  • Represent marketing's contribution to revenue in quarterly business reviews and executive settings with confidence and clarity.
  • Provide strategic frameworks and ideas to leadership beyond execution updates and act as a sparring partner to senior sales and marketing leaders.
  • Design and launch a micro-ABM pilot (15–20 accounts) in the first half of the year, then scale to 50–100 accounts in the second half.
  • Operate effectively in a matrixed organization, leveraging central functions (campaigns, digital, content, operations) rather than duplicating them.

Moloco launches ai-powered Performance CTV to bring mobile-grade precision to connected TV. The company Moloco has launched Moloco Ads for Performance CTV, which is a newly launched AI-based advertising platform for app advertisers to leverage the capabilities of mobile ads into CTV space. With the launch of the product, there is a huge move towards performance marketing where companies have started demanding measurable results in performance from their campaigns in CTV space instead of traditional brand marketing campaigns, which was earlier the norm in the sector. This new ad platform uses the same AI capabilities as its mobile ads business but in the case of CTV ads, optimizes every impression made against the intended results of the campaign. An important point here is the fact that the product is integrated with the measurement partners preferred by the advertisers. This makes attribution and report transparent and allows them to have the reports for publishers. As seen from the first campaigns, there can be up to 1.5x higher return on investment on CTV compared to mobile. It means that CTV starts to be a very promising option for modern advertising. The launch of the product shows clearly that mobile, retail media, and CTV will start converging into a single ecosystem which will become more performance-oriented thanks to AI technology.

Costco adds adtech firm Moloco to scale retail media network. A new ad format aims to improve relevancy. 4 hours ago Costco is working with retail adtech firm Moloco Commerce Media to improve the relevancy of ads on its ecommerce website. The addition of Moloco comes shortly after Costco unveiled Costco Velocity, the retailer's revamped retail media network. Mark Williamson, avp of retail media at Costco, announced on LinkedIn that the partnership with Moloco will begin with a beta program during the second quarter. In February, Williamson announced the new name of Costco's ad business, arguing that its philosophy differentiates the retailer from the more than 200 retail media networks that have cropped up over the last few years.
