Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and refine business processes and requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure effective communication and successful solution implementation.
  • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
  • Support solution design and assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Identify risks and dependencies within the project scope and work with stakeholders to address them.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.
