Responsibilities

  • Obtain and legibly record each patient's detailed medical history, including the chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history.
  • Perform an appropriate physical examination of each patient.
  • Analyze test reports and findings from personal examinations to assess the patient's medical condition, diagnose injuries or illnesses, and formulate a prognosis.
