  • 5+ years experience in presales, consulting, or GovTech
  • Strong presales experience as an individual contributor and leader
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team of early in career as well as senior individual contributors
  • Ability to lead people, process, and systems development
  • Understanding of standard approaches to coaching, mentoring, and management of individual contributors
  • Experience working in a fast-growing IT environment including software, cloud, or customer experience of the same
  • Experience in Value-Based Selling or Solution Selling
  • Thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space and provision of PaaS-based solutions
  • Broad understanding of government technology
  • Security and Privacy Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Understand the needs of the regional sales organization and develop plans to ensure outstanding support
  • Develop team members according to business demands and individual professional goals
  • Maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential SC candidates
  • Work with regional sales directors to prioritize regional Solution Consulting efforts
  • Assign resources to sales opportunities and evaluate progress against goals
  • Assign resources to support demand generation efforts
  • Develop and deploy team training curriculums
  • Evaluate and coach team members regularly
  • Ensure proper alignment of resources and effective utilization of skill sets
  • Manage day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling conflicts and expense review
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of processes and prioritize improvements
  • Provide thought leadership on evolving approaches to meet customer and internal expectations
