- Two to five years of relevant Business Development or Sales Development experience is required.
- Excellent command of English and German, both spoken and written, at native level is required.
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience is required.

- The candidate must be able to take initiative, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative environment.
- Proactively identify and engage with key decision-makers through outbound channels.
- Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and initiate LinkedIn messaging sequences to spark interest and fuel growth.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and goals.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and support BDR team members when needed.
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
