Requirements
  • Perform acts within the scope of practice defined by the applicable licensing board and related certification agencies.
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide client care according to unit or department competencies, policies, and procedures.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
  • Hold a Kansas driver’s license.
  • Maintain automobile insurance meeting or exceeding Kansas insurance requirements.
  • Build collaborative relationships.
  • Demonstrate management, basic computer, multitasking, prioritization, and effective communication skills.
  • Comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act privacy and security regulations for Protected Health Information.
Responsibilities
  • Work alongside and oversee the Applied Behavior Analysis team and services.
  • Accurately evaluate client needs and develop, implement, review, and maintain comprehensive care plans.
  • Evaluate and provide care to achieve desired outcomes for a diverse client population.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation according to Health System or affiliate policy.
  • Complete timely and accurate review activities, records reviews, and analyses of client and supervised clinician data as required by Health System or affiliate policy.
  • Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience managing Applied Behavior Analysis systems or teams.
  • Ability to supervise, train, assess, and/or oversee individuals working toward Board of Applied Behavior Analysts certification.
