Requirements
  • Must be a United States citizen with an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance and polygraph.
  • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of eight years of technical experience as an applications programmer or developer.
  • Must have a minimum of five years of experience developing in C# and strong knowledge of ASP.NET, Model-View-Controller, Windows Communication Foundation, jQuery, JavaScript, and JSON.
  • Must have experience developing mobile applications for either iOS or Android operating systems.
Responsibilities
  • Create custom tools to evaluate mobile applications and Internet of Things devices.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of intercepting communication services.
  • Evaluate smartphone applications and Internet of Things devices to understand their interactions with communications service provider networks and infotainment systems.
  • Assist state and local law enforcement agencies with establishing customer-hosted or customer-supported services.
  • Become familiar with the functionality and evidentiary results produced by commercial or proprietary law-enforcement digital-forensics systems.
  • Assess industry forms and portals.
  • Document evaluation results on the customer website and create white papers, PowerPoint presentations, and articles illustrating evaluation findings.
