About the company

It uses AI to automatically process large data volumes to identify patterns and predict issues with vehicle components. Its applications include predictive maintenance, driver identification, and driver safety scoring for automotive manufacturers and other automotive ecosystem players. What believers are saying

  • SRI plans North American fleet predictive maintenance rollouts starting October 2025.
  • SRI will expand Viaduct into Japan and Europe through its tire distribution network.
  • Viaduct still runs independently under David Hallac, preserving roadmap continuity.

What critics are saying

  • SRI integration slows Viaduct’s sales, hiring, and product releases in 2026.
  • Samsara, Geotab, and OEM analytics stacks compress Viaduct’s standalone pricing power.
  • If SRI prioritizes tire services, Viaduct becomes a feature, not a company.

What makes Viaduct unique

  • TSI Engine turns telematics, service, and manufacturing signals into queryable failure graphs.
  • Viaduct has analyzed data from over 2 million vehicles and 100 billion miles.
  • Sumitomo Rubber closed its $104 million acquisition on October 1, 2025, validating demand.
