ARSIEM is looking for a Microsoft Architect/Systems Administrator. This position will support one of our government clients in Laurel, MD.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on Architecture and Systems Integration in support of Cyber Range activities used for operator training and customer environment simulation.
Lead Microsoft architecture design and build to satisfy replication of customer Microsoft architectures.
Work closely with mission operators and developers to provide innovative solutions to difficult problems.
Perform a variety of systems engineering tasks centered on technical problem solving, requirements specification, process development, risk analysis, and solutions design to advance cybersecurity mission success.
Assist with identifying requirements and designing future iterations the primary analytic systems.
Identify new and existing products, technologies, and/or architectures to solve design, development, and operational problems.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
An Associate’s degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 13 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
Professional Engineering, Physics, or Astronomy degree or a relevant professional technical field (e.g., chemistry, architecture, computer science, mathematics, hydrology, or geology)
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Systems Integration
Windows Architecture (Azure, 365, etc.)
Windows Systems Administration

Preferred Qualifications

Cybersecurity
Linux
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Strong interpersonal skills

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
