Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development; 5 Years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Well versed in data analysis and using data to make talent-related decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), preferably Workday
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a new performance management ecosystem
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HRBP function and business leaders
  • Partner with Data/Analytics team to define KPIs
  • Support enterprise-wide employee engagement survey strategy
  • Create and implement a strategy for career/job mobility
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Design and implement employee recognition programs
  • Build talent processes to enhance inclusion and drive belonging
