We are seeking a dependable, hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that our residents are proud to call home. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will play an important part in creating a welcoming community for our residents, families, and team members.

Schedule: 3:30 PM - 12 AM
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend 
Starting Pay: $17 per hour, with consideration based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the community.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
• Assist with laundry duties as assigned, including the required every-other-weekend rotation.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a healthy environment.
• Help create a positive resident experience by taking pride in your work and demonstrating a hospitality-focused approach.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one full year of housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help where needed.
• A passion for hospitality and creating a positive environment for seniors.
