Responsibilities
  • Review and process legal requests for user information from U.S. and global law enforcement and government agencies
  • Participate in the Trust & Safety Policy on-call rotation
  • Develop and update internal processes and workflows
  • Manage internal escalations and educate partner teams
  • Identify and proactively communicate trends
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Anti-Evil Operations, Community, and Engineering teams
  • Troubleshoot and identify bugs or user-related issues
