A minimum of one year of landscaping, grounds, or general maintenance experience is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A valid driver's license is required.
Ability to consistently display a positive attitude.

Ability to communicate with residents, management, vendors, and contractors.
Responsibilities
Keep the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained to maintain the property's curb appeal.
Perform general grounds and pool maintenance.
Plant and weed landscaping.
Pick up and remove trash.
Clean, maintain, and repair pools and hot tubs.
Trim plants, water plants, hang flyers, and sweep the grounds.
Check pool chemicals on Saturdays and Sundays for roughly two hours.

A Bit About the Role
Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
General grounds and pool maintenance
Landscape-planting and weeding
Trash pickup and removal
Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs.
Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc.
M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)
