Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years of international SEO experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, international content strategy, link building, and SEO analytics
  • Experience working with Translation Management Systems and leveraging SEO best practices for translations and localization of content
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage outside vendor relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google translate API, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts
Responsibilities
  • Drive SEO strategy to grow organic traffic, visibility, and pipeline in key markets
  • Conduct audience research in priority markets
  • Create competitive market assessments based on localized competitors
  • Conduct detailed keyword research
  • Track and report on keyword rankings
  • Create a content calendar
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement across the website's technical infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal UX team
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics
  • Work closely with internal and external local language/translation services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, web development, and marketing teams
  • Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists or interns
