- Five years of experience as a business analyst and systems pilot in a technological and organizational environment comparable to the Régie.
- At least twelve months of experience using Agile methodology and its associated ceremonies.
- At least twelve months of experience using standard systems development methodologies and recognized systems documentation standards, such as Macroscope and Guide Vert.
- Analyze user needs and available documentation.
- Clarify user needs and align them with the objectives to be achieved.
- Write information technology change requests and validate the assessment of the work to be performed.
- Coordinate the execution and implementation of a set of change requests.
- Participate in developing and designing solutions with information technology resources.
- Design, define, and participate in user acceptance testing for each delivery, considering related projects to execute the implementation plan.
- Ensure implementation, change management, and operational piloting of the system to support successful deliveries and integration with existing systems.
- Monitor the evolution and proper functioning of the system.
- Support users in their day-to-day operations by handling reported system anomalies, answering questions, and providing input on system content.
- Carry out the necessary activities and follow-ups with the various collaborators involved in the RVSQ ecosystem.
- Produce deliverables based primarily on the Régie methodology, including the Green Guide derived from the Macroscope methodology.
- Produce system documentation, such as a system piloting guide.
- Prepare a user testing file containing specifications and test cases.
- Prepare a change management plan.
- Prepare a communication plan.
- Prepare documents related to the activities of other Régie collaborators.
- Prepare a quality assurance report.
- Complete any other required system-related deliverables or activities.
