A valid driver's license and the ability to meet insurance requirements.

Customer service experience.
Thorough knowledge of basic computer operations and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
The ability to organize and manage time, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail while taking a solution-focused approach.
Participation in a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Truck Centers, Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative (OPS) to join our team in St. Louis! In this role, you'll be building strong relationships with customers, growing new business opportunities, and serving as a key partner for commercial vehicle and equipment parts needs. Schedule:
This is a Monday–Friday role, but some nights and weekend hours may be needed to support customer needs.
What You'll Do:
Develop new business by identifying leads and building strong relationships with prospective customers.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:

Pay Structure: This position is commission based. Typically we will offer a guaranteed salary for a set amount of time until customer base is established at which point, you will switch to a commission-based pay structure.
