Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Strategy leaders to translate Talent and Performance philosophies into scalable global processes, technology solutions, and employee experiences.
  • Contribute operational, technology, and user experience insights to the evolution of Talent and Performance practices.
  • Ensure Talent and Performance solutions align with business priorities and deliver a consistent global employee and manager experience.
  • Serve as the business product owner for Talent and Performance capabilities across Workday, Eightfold, artificial intelligence-enabled solutions, and future talent technologies.
  • Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for Talent and Performance products.
  • Partner with HR Technology, Digital, and external vendors to design, configure, test, implement, and continuously enhance Talent solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize Talent and Performance through automation, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate new technologies and industry best practices to improve employee experience, manager effectiveness, and organizational outcomes.
  • Ensure Talent platforms are scalable, intuitive, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
