Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Identify new customers and lending opportunities with property investors and referral partners such as brokers, realtors, builders, and other referral sources.
  • Drive sales and build and strengthen relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents through company leads, referrals, industry events, and other sources.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective borrowers through in-person meetings, calls, emails, and other channels; serve as the primary escalation point for resolving customer issues and roadblocks.
  • Develop and maintain a client database in the customer relationship management system for effective contact management and customer relationship management.
  • Contact existing and new customers regularly to stay informed about industry trends, maintain customer relationships, and sell lending products.
  • Attend industry events and conferences, using pre-event planning, on-site meetings, and post-event outreach to find and convert leads.
  • Use customer relationship management marketing campaigns to nurture relationships and remain in contact with customers.
  • Evaluate transactions with standardized tools to size deals and create quotes and term sheets.
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing team to identify potential business sources and meet monthly loan volume goals.
  • Facilitate the borrower approval process by collecting and providing information required for submission to loan processing.
  • Pre-qualify loan packages when borrowers or brokers need assistance.
  • Work directly with prospective borrowers to obtain initial documentation.
  • Monitor pipeline reports to determine the status of loans and alleviate potential problems.
  • Grow the Anchor brand and personal brand through blog posts, online posts and reposts, and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with customers about the status of submitted loans.
  • Partner with Valuations, Construction, and Underwriting department leaders; prioritize the overall loan pipeline and collaborate to resolve interdepartmental roadblocks.
  • Stay current on industry and competitor trends and use that information to inform product, sales, and pricing decisions.
