Requirements
  • A Bac+2 to Bac+3 education level is required.
  • A genuine interest in communications and an aptitude for information systems and workplace technology are required.
  • The candidate must be autonomous and rigorous and have good interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must be eligible for an apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare communications about workplace technology changes.
  • Organize and participate in various events to develop usage and support change adoption.
  • Formalize documentation related to these events.
  • Report adoption indicators.
  • Animate a community around workplace technology and its tools.
  • Work within a technical team of five collaborators in a Microsoft Office 365 environment including Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Forms.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English is desired.
