Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience. Bonus points for B2B sales or experience in the industrial or manufacturing space
  • Experience at a fast growing startup strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude and the willingness to "roll up your sleeves"
  • Strong objection handling skills and persistence
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred), Google Workplace Suite, & MS Office Suite
  • Passion for environmental causes and for building a business from the ground up!
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an effective and scalable outbound program with targeted outreach campaigns to generate new buyer leads and convert them into Aucto customers
  • Identify and build out creative channels to connect with prospective customers by representing Aucto at tradeshows and in-person events
  • Master the Aucto buyer value proposition and work with leadership to refine a message that resonates with customers and build out materials
  • Provide exceptional white glove customer service to our elite “Power Buyers” in order to build and develop these key relationships
  • Track key metrics, analyze data, and become an internal expert on customer trends to help identify and improve campaigns and company performance
  • Liaise with our Operations, Buyer Support and the Account Management teams to ensure we are delivering a best in class shopping experience on our marketplace
