Requirements
  • A secondary-school diploma or equivalent training is required.
  • Good command of spoken and written French is required.
  • Comfort using computer tools is required.
  • Industrial or production-environment experience is an asset.
  • Experience as a production operator or with industrial equipment is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Inspect equipment at the start of the shift and report anomalies to the team leader.
  • Adjust equipment and production parameters as needed.
  • Maintain a steady flow of material on the production line.
  • Monitor equipment operation and intervene when anomalies occur.
  • Check the quality of processed material and ensure established standards are met.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep the work area clean.
  • Enter data, create work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and prepare required reports.
  • Work safely and follow occupational health and safety policies and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure production runs smoothly.
  • Perform other related duties.
