Requirements
  • Graduated in the last year with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or are a bootcamp graduate with work experience or strong CS fundamentals.
  • Exposure to or knowledge of the Ruby programming language.
  • Understanding of some of the popular public cloud computing providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • A creative thinker and self-starter with a passion for Chime’s mission and our members.
  • Flexibility and enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects.

Responsibilities
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for both new and existing backend features.
  • Partner closely with the mobile team to design and implement APIs for efficient product shipping.
  • Create and maintain monitors and dashboards to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with our product team and other cross-functional partners to launch new features.
  • Work effectively with other technology teams and architects to solve complex problems across various domains.
  • Operate both independently and within a collaborative team environment to meet aggressive schedules and goals.
