- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when working with timekeeping or employee data.
- Must be matriculated in good standing in an undergraduate program with at least a 2.5 GPA and/or a graduate program with at least a 2.8 GPA.

- Assist in developing and implementing components of a Workforce Management System for Operations Support – Timekeeping.
- Support digitizing timekeeping forms and streamlining related processes.
- Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to observe workflows and document opportunities for process improvement.
- Contribute to creating quarterly training materials and internal communications for department staff.
- Help organize, review, and accurately enter employee time and leave data into the Timekeeping system.
- Support Employee Focus Groups by preparing materials, tracking action items, and assisting with follow-up tasks.
- Help develop and maintain a centralized shared drive or reference database for timekeeping resources.
- Assist in analyzing workforce or operational data to support planning and recommend potential enhancements.
- Contribute to projects involving an automated analytics and reporting dashboard, manager and employee self-service portal enhancements, and digital timesheet and timekeeping automation.
- Experience or proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI is a plus.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Information Systems or Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or Data Science, Computer Science with an interest in workflow design or Power Apps, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
