About the job

Requirements
  • Four to eight or more years of hands-on performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, HR technology, recruiting technology, or another high-growth technology category.
  • A track record of personally managing and scaling approximately $50,000–$250,000 or more per month in paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, or comparable channels, and translating spend into qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep hands-on experience building campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, creative tests, budgets, bids, and optimization logic inside advertising platforms.
  • Ability to connect channel spend to downstream funnel performance, opportunity creation, pipeline, and annual recurring revenue.
  • Strong command of funnel economics, including cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, customer acquisition cost payback, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and marginal acquisition efficiency.
  • Experience building and improving landing pages, forms, demo flows, or trial experiences with a conversion-rate optimization mindset.
  • Strong creative instincts and copy judgment, including the ability to diagnose why a message or creative concept is working.
  • Experience testing video, user-generated content, creator-led, founder-led, or short-form paid creative.
  • Comfort with analytics, dashboards, customer relationship management data, experimentation, attribution, and imperfect early-stage datasets.
  • Ability to move quickly from hypothesis to launch to data to insight to the next test.
  • Strong written communication and ability to translate customer pain into clear, high-converting messaging.
  • A builder mentality, with high ownership, low ego, sound judgment, and a preference for creating playbooks.
Responsibilities
  • Build and scale paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, retargeting, and emerging channels; personally manage media spend and make channel decisions based on pipeline quality, acquisition economics, and revenue.
  • Build a high-velocity creative testing engine across short-form video, user-generated content, founder-led creative, static ads, customer proof, use-case creative, case studies, and landing-page concepts; develop repeatable processes for creative briefs, production, testing, learning, and iteration.
  • Build and continuously improve the conversion journey from ad to landing page to demo or trial to activation; create and ship landing pages and work with Product and Design to reduce friction in high-intent conversion paths.
  • Own campaign tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, events, conversion APIs, customer relationship management campaign logic, attribution models, dashboards, and funnel reporting; identify what produces qualified pipeline, wastes spend, and causes conversion breakdowns.
  • Design and execute continuous A/B and multivariate tests across hooks, creative, copy, audiences, offers, landing pages, calls to action, forms, demo flows, and channel mix; maintain an experiment backlog and use data to decide what to scale, iterate, or stop.
  • Identify ideal customer profile signals, personas, use cases, pain points, messages, offers, and targeting strategies that produce high-quality opportunities; turn findings into reusable audience and messaging playbooks for Marketing and Sales.
  • Partner with Product and Revenue on activation, self-service conversion, trial-to-paid pathways, in-product prompts, lifecycle nudges, and other early product-led growth loops.
  • Use artificial intelligence, no-code and low-code tools, enrichment, workflow automation, and light scripting to increase testing velocity and reduce repetitive work; build a marketing operating system that enables more experimentation.
  • Work directly with the founders and partner with Product, Design, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
  • Produce a repeatable paid acquisition engine with increasingly predictable economics, credible campaign-to-customer relationship management attribution, weekly documented creative and landing-page experiments, and clear insights into high-converting audiences, messages, offers, and channels.
  • Improve landing-page, demo/trial, and funnel conversion rates through systematic experimentation; establish channel- and audience-level customer acquisition cost and payback thresholds for scaling spend.
  • Build a measurable content and creative engine to support paid acquisition, a shared funnel definition and growth scorecard across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations, and a documented growth playbook.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building performance marketing from near-zero at an early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience scaling paid channels into a predictable source of qualified pipeline while maintaining disciplined acquisition economics.
  • Experience in HR technology, recruiting technology, artificial intelligence, developer tools, enterprise SaaS, or another complex B2B category.
  • Experience building a user-generated content, creator, customer-proof, or founder-led creative program that materially improved paid performance.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce; Webflow or Framer; Google Analytics 4; Segment; Mixpanel or Amplitude; Clay; Zapier or Make; and modern attribution or ad-tracking tools.
  • Experience building lightweight automations, scripts, dashboards, or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Experience working with Product teams on product-led growth, free trials, self-service, lifecycle, or activation experiments.
  • Experience using AI tools systematically to accelerate research, creative production, analysis, personalization, and experimentation.

For organizations outside the DC area who want access to this same discussion, virtual attendance registration is also available. "That's not just an HR problem anymore, it's a security problem. "AI has made it possible to build a synthetic candidate that can pass almost every stage of a hiring pipeline," "That's not just an HR problem anymore, it's a security problem. We created this event because organizations need practical guidance, not just a warning." "AI has made it possible to build a synthetic candidate that can pass almost every stage of a hiring pipeline," The event brings together federal, industry, and AI leaders to address a problem organizations across the public and private sectors are increasingly confronting: how to hire fast enough to compete for AI-era talent, how to defend hiring pipelines against a new generation of AI-driven fraud, and how to move AI itself from pilot programs into real operational use. TransUnion joins as a presenting partner, bringing direct frontline expertise on the fraud and identity risks now facing hiring organizations. Two TransUnion veterans will take the stage: Jay Johns, Subject Matter Expert for Identity Proofing and Fraud Prevention/Detection with TransUnion Public Sector, and Greg Schlichter, Director of Public Sector Research & Consulting at TransUnion and a former Special Advisor to the FBI. Together, they bring decades of combined experience helping government agencies detect and prevent identity-based fraud; expertise now directly relevant to a wave of AI-generated synthetic applicants targeting hiring systems. "AI has made it possible to build a synthetic candidate that can pass almost every stage of a hiring pipeline," said Sayantani Nandy, CBO of Neuroscale AI. "That's not just an HR problem anymore, it's a security problem. We created this event because organizations need practical guidance, not just a warning." The event is organized around three core challenges: * Talent - building a hiring pipeline fast enough to compete for the talent the AI era demands * Security - defending that pipeline against AI-driven fraud and identity threats, including nation-state actors deploying synthetic applicants * Adoption - moving AI from pilot programs into real, operational, compliant use In addition to the TransUnion speakers, the agenda features Eileen Vidrine, former Chief Data & AI Officer for the U.S. Air Force; Jamie Holcombe, former CIO of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and current COO of Electrosoft; Donald Bauer, former AI Ambassador at the Office of Personnel Management; Keith Townsend, Chief People Officer at Finch AI and President of Loudoun SHRM, bringing a commercial industry perspective to the conversation; and other federal and industry leaders. Neuroscale AI is inviting organizations across both the public and private sectors; any company currently grappling with hiring fraud, workforce readiness, or AI adoption challenges to attend. The event is CPE eligible. Neuroscale AI launches Arbi recruiting platform after $540K DoD contract

Neuroscale AI has launched Arbi, an AI recruiting platform that combines candidate sourcing, evaluation, and outreach in a single system. The company spent two years developing the technology for US government clients before entering the commercial market. In April 2025, Neuroscale AI received a $540,000 Small Business Innovation Research Phase II contract from the US Department of Defense to build and test the platform. The company is also part of the HPE Unleash AI partner programme, gaining early access to hardware for on-premise deployment. Arbi uses natural language search for candidate sourcing and can automate personalised outreach at scale. The platform can also run autonomous hiring processes end-to-end. Several companies have already made hires through the system, including technical roles like DevOps engineers. The platform is now available commercially, with a free tier to start.

Neuroscale AI joins HPE Unleash AI partner program to bring signal-based, agentic recruiting to enterprise AI deployments.

Neuroscale AI joins HPE Unleash AI partner program to bring signal-based, agentic recruiting to enterprise AI deployments. STERLING, Va., April 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Neuroscale AI, the company behind Arbi, an agentic AI recruiting platform designed to turn talent acquisition into a measurable, repeatable system, today announced it has joined the HPE Unleash AI partner program. Now, customers leveraging HPE's portfolio of integrated AI solutions can engage with Neuroscale AI to accelerate production-ready deployments of agentic recruiting workflows that are governed, secure, and built for enterprise scale. Arbi transforms recruiting into a science by combining high-signal talent discovery, autonomous sourcing agents, and multi-channel outreach in a single system of action. Arbi helps teams reach the right talent with the right message at the right time; using precision filters around measurable achievements, real-time person and company signals, and analytics that connect outreach to interviews and hires. As a member of the HPE Unleash AI ecosystem, Neuroscale AI plans to work with HPE to validate and package deployment patterns for Arbi on HPE Private Cloud AI, a turnkey AI factory co-developed with NVIDIA as part of the NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio. This aligns with enterprise requirements for data residency, governance, and operational control, enabling organizations to run AI where their data lives and where compliance requirements demand. "Recruiting today is fragmented and noisy. Teams are forced to stitch together point solutions, brittle integrations, and manual outreach; and the result is slower hiring and a worse candidate experience," said Ishan Jadhwani, Founder & CEO at Neuroscale AI. "By joining HPE's Unleash AI program, we're making it easier for organizations to operationalize agentic recruiting workflows with the governance and security they need, while keeping the human element front and center." The HPE Unleash AI partner program is a curated ecosystem of innovative software providers working with HPE to deliver production-ready AI solutions. By joining this program, Neuroscale AI brings an enterprise-ready approach to talent sourcing and engagement, helping customers deploy AI agents and talent intelligence workflows in ways that are secure, controllable, and aligned with organizational policy. Key capabilities and benefits of Arbi within enterprise recruiting and talent acquisition include: * Signal-based talent discovery across 800M+ global profiles and 30+ integrated data sources, enabling teams to uncover relevant talent beyond inbound applications. * Autonomous sourcing and personalization agents that conduct deep candidate research, tailor outreach, and qualify talent at scale; without losing context or intent. * Multi-channel sequences that blend automation with humane personalization across email and social touchpoints to drive authentic engagement. * Real-time person and company signals natively integrated into outreach workflows so teams can time engagement when interest is highest. * Attribution and analytics out of the box, providing visibility into the leading and lagging indicators that drive replies, interviews, and hires. * Architected for enterprise adoption, with a focus on governance, security, and deployment flexibility to meet organizational requirements. "The Unleash AI partner program brings together trusted innovators, helping customers move from AI experimentation to measurable outcomes," said Robin Braun, vice president of AI business development for hybrid cloud at HPE. "Neuroscale AI's work in agentic recruiting exemplifies how applied AI can deliver real business impact quickly and easily with production-ready solutions that take the legwork out." About Neuroscale AI Neuroscale AI is building Arbi, an AI recruiting platform that transforms talent acquisition into a science. Arbi helps organizations capture talent signals, deploy AI agents, and engage candidates with personalized outbound; replacing fragmented recruiting "stacks" with a single system designed to be measured, improved, and scaled. Neuroscale AI's mission is to help the best companies win by hiring better, powered by Arbi.

Neuroscale AI partners with Carahsoft to modernise US federal hiring with secure AI talent management

Neuroscale AI has partnered with Carahsoft Technology Corp to distribute its AI-driven talent management solutions to US federal agencies. The partnership makes Neuroscale's platforms available through Carahsoft's reseller network and NASA SEWP V and ITES-SW2 contracts. The deal comes as federal agencies implement Executive Order 14170, which reforms federal hiring by replacing degree-based requirements with skills-based assessments and aims to reduce time-to-hire to under 80 days. Neuroscale's ARBI platform automates skills-based assessments and ensures compliance with veterans' preference rules, whilst its Athena platform helps candidates prepare merit-based resumes. Founded by CEO Ishan Jadhwani, Neuroscale offers on-premise, secure AI solutions designed for government compliance requirements. The company's platforms aim to accelerate federal hiring whilst maintaining fairness and transparency standards.
