  • A minimum of ten years of investment banking or financial advisory experience with a digital infrastructure focus, including data centers, fiber, and towers, plus a proven track record in origination, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, execute, and close sell-side mergers and acquisitions and related advisory mandates.
  • Strong deal management and technical delivery capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality work with strict deadlines to meet team and client objectives, often while geographically dispersed.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • A digital infrastructure background is specifically required for the scoped role.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new mergers and acquisitions advisory opportunities in digital infrastructure, such as data centers, fiber, and towers, and adjacent energy verticals.
  • Lead and support special purpose acquisition company target origination and de-SPAC execution, screening private and public companies against SPAC-over-alternatives criteria.
  • Lead pitch presentations to win mandates with the support of the team.
  • Meet individual and firm revenue targets through successful deal closures, including SPAC and de-SPAC mandates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, C-suite executives, board members, and government officials.
  • Build long-term partnerships with institutional investors such as pension funds, private wealth offices, and infrastructure private equity firms.
  • Provide senior counsel on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and complex financing structures across digital infrastructure and adjacent verticals.
  • Originate and support financial advisory mandates across private and public-market opportunities.
  • Advise clients on market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor deal teams to meet execution deliverables, staffing commitments, and performance objectives.
  • Assist in the recruitment and development of top talent.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of advisory and de-SPAC mandates, ensuring work product, timelines, and commercial terms align with client and firm standards.

  • Familiarity with SPAC and de-SPAC processes and public company mergers and acquisitions is strongly preferred.
