Main Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
• Partner with management to execute on internal training programs
• Manage company wide training programs and enterprise LXP/LMS
• Create content for FreedomPay specific trainings, onboarding plans , and other training programs as needed
• Deliver and maintain training programs both virtually and in person
• Run New Employee orientation and quarterly onsite onboarding trainings
• Manage new hire onboarding experience and feedback
• Other tasks as assigned
Location
- This role is located in Philadelphia but will offer a flexible, hybrid environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
- 5 - 10 years of experience in a training or learning development
- 3+ year(s) of experience of training in a technology company
- Experience with Cornerstone or similar LMS
- Experience with learning content creation software such as Articulate or similar
- Ability to present on unfamiliar content
- Ability to understand and articulate our business model and strategy
- Strong research skills
- Experience delivering training in person and virtually
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time management skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take a proactive approach to tasks and aptitude to be confident and assertive
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in SaaS, PasS, or other technical industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs as needed
