Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience with the Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management solution, concentrated on Product Collaboration, Product Quality Management, Product Governance and Compliance, and Portfolio Management modules.
  • A functional Product Lifecycle Management background with experience conducting business and technical process workshops, fit-gap analysis, scope identification, strategy and approach definition, best-practice application, and gathering data integration requirements including quantification and data analysis, data mapping, and data transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing business requirements, risks, risk mitigation, challenges, and concerns, and providing best-practice solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of complex Product Lifecycle Management business processes, business rules, change management, document and quality controls, quality and engineering processes, and Product Quality Management objects and closed-loop PSR, QCR, and CAPA processes in the high-tech industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of end-to-end business process alignment, workflows, data security models, Agile Product Lifecycle Management solution design, attribute configuration, privileges, roles, user groups, change orders, workflow, and criteria definition.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, project execution, user stories, sprint development, and validation.
  • Ability to continue through the project phases and sprints, including pre-mobilization, mobilization, development, information technology and user acceptance testing, go-live, and warranty.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct business and technical process workshops and fit-gap analyses.
  • Identify project scope, strategy, and implementation approach using best practices.
  • Gather and analyze data integration requirements, including data mapping and data transformation.
  • Analyze business requirements, risks, risk mitigation, challenges, and concerns, and provide best-practice solutions.
  • Create website content for the Product Lifecycle Management program, including executive overview, an explanation of Product Lifecycle Management, and its benefits to Apple.
  • Create and update content and designs and organize them to improve the user experience and presentation.
  • Prepare wire diagrams in OmniGraffle based on gathered requirements.
  • Review final deliverables with stakeholders and incorporate suggested changes.
  • Work with the technical team to develop the final solution using HTML5, Bootstrap, and Graphene web technologies.

TSR, Inc. will be acquired by Vienna Parent, formed by BCforward founder Justin Christian. Vienna Sub will purchase all outstanding TSR shares for $13.40 per share, valuing the transaction at approximately $29 million.
