Software Engineer Intern

The Observability team builds and maintains various systems that enable the service teams to get visibility into how their services are running, build and maintain their services as well as maintaining the entry point into the Smartsheet application.

This is a remote internship at Smartsheet, based in the United Kingdom. You will report to a Smartsheet Manager for 12 weeks over the summer months. 

You Will:

• Develop and maintain systems key to engineers productivity.
• Develop and maintain key Observability tooling (logging, metrics etc.)
• Enhance existing tooling.
• Develop automated solutions to infrastructure problems.

You Have:

• Experience with modern programming languages.
• Passion for automation & infrastructure.
• Willingness to learn.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis.
