Requirements
  • Associate degree in an engineering field preferred
  • Hands-on experience in Lean tools and Lean certifications preferred
  • Experience in an assembly environment preferred
  • Strong technical writing and process understanding skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • J-STD-001 and/or IPC Training beneficial
Responsibilities
  • Provide on-the-floor technical support for process and product issues
  • Support new product launches
  • Assist in continuous improvement activities
  • Coordinate equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues
  • Identify new processes and equipment
  • Provide technical assistance to production operations
  • Follow Q&EMS policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement in labor costs
  • Evaluate, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes
  • Assist in creating and executing Manufacturing Assembly Instructions
  • Perform general assigned duties as required
