Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
- At the mid level, at least five years of full-stack software engineering experience is required.
- At the senior level, at least seven years of full-stack software engineering experience is required.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale, dynamic, interactive web applications from business requirements and technical specifications.
- Experience developing complex applications using programming languages, frameworks, and application programming interfaces to support online data processing and reporting systems.
- Experience integrating web accessibility, data security or application security, data protection, and authentication standards into applications.
- Experience designing and developing web services.
- Experience analyzing and resolving database, architecture, integration, and application development issues.
- Experience with software lifecycle management, including automated testing, documentation, code versioning, change management, release management, testing, quality assurance, and configuration management.
- Experience with cloud computing and cloud-based application environments or architectures.
- Experience developing and maintaining applications using Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Java, and/or .NET.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- For senior-level candidates, experience consulting with users to understand current operating procedures and clarify application and program objectives.
- For senior-level candidates, recognized standing as a senior-level technical contributor or specialist capable of addressing complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale, dynamic, interactive web applications.
- Translate business requirements and technical specifications into secure, scalable, high-performing applications.
- Consult with users to understand current operating procedures and clarify application and program objectives.
- Provide technical consultation and guidance on complex software development projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
