Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling messaging frameworks that reflect the value of our member experience, resonating with both internal and external audiences.
  • Serve as the bridge between product, sales, customer success, and other teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration in all go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
  • Lead upstream marketing activities, including market research and competitive analysis, to refine our positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective rollout.
  • Partner closely with the revenue enablement team to the field with necessary tools, presentations, and insights to communicate the benefits of our member experience, supporting them in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner closely with brand and growth marketing to create and deliver compelling content that positions Spring Health as a leader in the healthcare tech space, highlighting our innovation and unique value in the mental health space.
