  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Phlebotomy certification is required.
  • Experience performing blood draws and specimen collections is required.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently without an onsite medical provider.
  • The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • The candidate must be able to obtain access to military installations or bases.
  • The candidate must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • The candidate must be able to lift up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • The candidate must be able to stand, walk, bend, and sit at a desk for varying periods during the workday.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Santa Rosa Beach location.
  • Open and close the office according to established procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and patient-ready environment.
  • Manage office and medical supply inventory and communicate ordering needs.
  • Monitor appointment flow and ensure patients receive timely, professional service.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and patient documentation.
  • Communicate operational concerns, patient issues, and business needs to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to increase awareness and utilization of the location’s services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local employers, patients, and community partners.
  • Coordinate scheduled occupational testing for local businesses.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, testing protocols, and confidentiality requirements are followed.
  • Take ownership of the location’s organization, service quality, and overall performance.
  • Welcome patients, complete check-in procedures, and verify patient and testing information.
  • Perform blood draws and properly prepare specimens for processing.
  • Collect urine and other specimens for drug testing according to applicable procedures.
  • Conduct breath alcohol testing and respirator fit testing after appropriate training and certification.
  • Complete chain-of-custody forms and other testing documentation accurately.
  • Scan and upload patient records according to company policies.
  • Use office equipment, electronic systems, and computer programs accurately and efficiently.
  • Travel to nearby businesses to perform scheduled onsite occupational testing when needed.
  • Assist at other company locations based on staffing and business needs.
  • Perform additional administrative, clinical, and operational duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a medical office, clinic, laboratory, or occupational health setting is preferred.
  • Previous office management, leadership, or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
  • Electronic medical record experience is a plus.
