Requirements
  • Experience in supply chain, operations, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, learn, and plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to completion.
  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Ability to understand and drive key performance indicators.
  • Problem-solving ability, attention to detail when working with data, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with different company departments.
Responsibilities
  • Improve technician efficiency through proper truck stock, reduced warehouse stockouts, accurate inventory counts, and efficient parts-runner dispatching.
  • Ensure new vehicles are onsite and ready for new staff as they onboard.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate vendor pricing.
  • Maintain processes for truck inventory accountability, stocking and bin-layout mapping, parts requests, replenishment, and inventory counts.
  • Maintain up-to-date material pricing in ServiceTitan and manage inventory using ServiceTitan.
  • Manage buyback, material return, warranty return, excess-material return, purchase-order, and material-receiving processes.
  • Track tools and vehicles, including depreciation schedules, procurement, disposal, maintenance, scheduling, and repairs.
  • Research products and materials for technicians and manage material and equipment staging and fulfillment for next-day and general installations.
  • Coordinate material calls from technicians and installation crews, source materials, and arrange deliveries to and from job sites.
  • Manage tool maintenance, repairs, and tool and equipment check-in/check-out processes.
  • Maintain efficient, neat, and clean warehouse operations, including inventory replenishment and full and cycle counts.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain technician personal protective equipment and overall warehouse safety.
  • Meet individual goals and key performance indicators, maintain the annual budget, control expenses, and meet or exceed the plan.
  • Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings and 100-day plans, including follow-up during weekly one-on-one meetings.
