  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering and 1-5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience as a process integration, manufacturing, R&D engineer in substrate industry
  • Familiarity with PKG process & criteria is a plus
  • Packaging development & project management skills
  • Must be comfortable working in-office every day for the onboarding process (1-2 months) then will be able to transition into a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in our New York City Office per week)
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in packaging
  • Conduct feasibility costs and COG analysis
  • Manage project work as necessary or required
  • Organization, meeting coordination, minutes & follow-ups
  • Project Development Timeline preparation and tracking
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis without the need for legal sponsorship now or in the future

  • Carry out multiple testing and line trials simultaneously to ensure implementation plan remains on track for each initiative while meeting our data-driven quality expectations
  • Provide updates in weekly project-level meetings regarding progress on sample testing, key milestones, risks, and interdependencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support the supply change efforts of varying size and complexity
  • Oversee/perform regulatory/safety, compatibility, and performance tests
