Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically in the Payor and Provider industry.
  • Experience in the healthcare technology industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts that communicate product benefits and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales tools, presentations, and training materials that enhance product knowledge and drive sales performance.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and marketing.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, insights, and testimonials that inform marketing strategies and enhance product offerings.
