Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of tech sales experience in an outbound selling role
  • Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Experience in effectively leveraging sales and sales development tools such as Outreach.io, LinkedIn, and contact provider integrations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize while multitasking
Responsibilities
  • Initiating contact with existing or potential customers through outreach efforts such as cold-calling, emails, social networking, digital events and more
  • Creating relationships with customers and prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • Qualify prospects through cold calls to secure interest and route them through to the correct account executive
  • Nurture prospects that have expressed interest until they are ready to participate in a discovery call
  • Manage all leads through conversion including call tracking and rescheduling meetings when needed
  • Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
  • Exceed personal weekly and monthly performance targets
