Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the CPG team, supporting their professional growth fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Interface with therapeutic program teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Machine Learning and Data Science groups to incorporate the latest generative technologies into program applications.
  • Report to and work closely with the CTO to ensure the team’s execution and operations are strategically and technologically aligned with company goals.
  • Partner with Digital and Engineering teams to establish robust infrastructure supporting automation, data analysis, and consistent design protocols.
  • Drive execution-focused initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and clarity in how the team functions and the delivery of high-quality molecular designs.
  • Promote the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
