- At least 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
- Proficiency in carpentry, including partition framing with metal or wood studs, basic cabinetry and countertop installation, and door and window installation.
- Proficiency in interior and exterior painting.
- Proficiency in flooring installation, including VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, including sinks, faucets, toilets, drainage, and water lines.
- Basic knowledge of electrical work, including light fixtures, switches, outlets, basic data connections, and diagnosing minor electrical problems.
- Knowledge of refrigeration within HVAC.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.
- Ability to provide basic construction hand tools.
- OSHA 10-hour certification, or completion of OSHA 10-hour training within three months of employment.
- Perform commercial renovations and buildouts.
- Document repairs with measurements, pictures, repair recommendations, and quotes.
- Work overtime and/or on call as workload and emergency issues require.
- Travel and work overnight shifts throughout the United States when needed.
- Communicate with customers and build customer relationships.
- Licensed plumbers are encouraged to apply.
- Licensed electricians are encouraged to apply.
