Requirements
  • Three to twelve or more years of experience in a strategic closing role, with the ability to build rapport with prospects, manage pipelines and customer relationship management systems, and negotiate and close six-figure contracts with enterprise customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate and organized records within customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to recover from setbacks and maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges.
  • Openness to feedback, willingness to learn from colleagues, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to take initiative independently without close supervision and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle sales by closing warm leads from sales development representatives and sourcing and closing outbound leads from first contact through signed contract.
  • Build urgency, craft strategic deals, and sell value throughout the sales process.
  • Own existing client growth through renewals, expansions, and upsells.
  • Build trusted, consultative client relationships by understanding clients' businesses and challenges and positioning GreenLite's solution.
  • Run discovery calls, qualify leads, uncover client needs, and determine when to advance or pass on opportunities.
  • Educate and persuade prospects through sales presentations and direct communication.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot with precision and transparency, keeping deals moving and data accurate.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clients receive an outstanding experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy and messaging.
  • Provide leadership with clear, consistent pipeline updates and performance reports.
  • Share ideas, improve sales processes, and help build the playbook for future account executives.
  • Close new business opportunities by effectively conveying the value proposition.
  • Nurture and build relationships with existing customers to support continued growth with GreenLite.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by collaborating with other functions, participating in events, and staying informed on industry trends.
