- Provide user support by diagnosing Level 1 tickets on-site or remotely and escalating to Level 2 support when necessary.

- Manage the lifecycle of the IT equipment fleet, including ordering and preparing equipment, maintenance and replacement, recycling, and disposal.
- Support employee arrivals and departures by preparing new employees' IT environments; configuring workstations, phones, peripherals, user accounts, and access rights; and helping new arrivals learn to use the tools.
- Participate in preparing and monitoring the IT budget.
- Request quotations and compare suppliers.
- Monitor maintenance contracts and licenses.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement them using an appropriate solution.
- Set up a training catalogue.
- Serve as the primary IT support contact for employees.
- Improve internal practices and help employees develop their proficiency with information systems.
