  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French

  • Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes and coordinating interviews

Responsibilities
  • Fully involved in the daily rhythm of hiring operations, including crafting compelling job descriptions, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback to ensure smooth recruitment flow
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System Ashby with precision, keeping data clean and reliable; extract insights to guide better decisions in a data-driven environment
  • Contribute to Candidate Experience and Employer Branding by ensuring authentic, kind, and clear communication from first outreach to final feedback; help strengthen employer brand through storytelling, social media initiatives, and creative projects
  • Contribute to Recruitment Strategy and Continuous Improvement by refining sourcing strategy, identifying new channels to attract diverse profiles, and proposing simple, actionable improvements; analyze what works and what doesn’t to scale recruitment
  • Support the People team in growing and improving processes and tools that make Joko a place people love to work
