Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve the firm's knowledge repository so consultants can efficiently access project materials, methodologies, frameworks, and research.
  • Organize, classify, and curate project deliverables, proposals, market analyses, presentations, and other intellectual capital assets.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge taxonomies, metadata standards, and organizational structures that improve searchability and knowledge discovery.
  • Ensure knowledge assets remain current, well-organized, and aligned with firm standards.
  • Build and support knowledge governance, content lifecycle management, and archival processes.
  • Partner with project teams to capture key insights, lessons learned, and reusable intellectual capital from completed engagements.
  • Organize and maintain records of subject matter expert interviews, proprietary research, and internal perspectives.
  • Transform project outputs into reusable frameworks, playbooks, templates, best-practice guides, and case examples.
  • Identify recurring client challenges and develop knowledge resources that support future consulting engagements.
  • Support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and communities of practice.
  • Support adoption and effective use of approved artificial intelligence tools and workflows for accessing knowledge across the firm.
  • Identify opportunities to improve consultant productivity through artificial-intelligence-enabled workflows for research, synthesis, content development, and knowledge retrieval.
  • Create and maintain libraries of artificial intelligence prompts, templates, workflow examples, and use cases for common consulting activities.
  • Provide training and practical guidance to help consultants use artificial intelligence tools effectively and responsibly in their day-to-day work.
  • Monitor emerging artificial intelligence capabilities and assess practical applications aligned with firm needs.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for consultants seeking relevant project examples, methodologies, research, and expertise.
  • Respond to internal knowledge requests and support project teams with information retrieval and knowledge discovery.
  • Promote adoption of knowledge resources, tools, and best practices across the firm.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and onboarding resources to improve utilization of firm knowledge assets.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in a consulting, professional services, research, or knowledge-intensive environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, Airtable, or similar knowledge-management platforms is preferred.
  • Experience creating structured knowledge resources is preferred.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, digital transformation, and organizational learning is preferred.

The round was led by Sway Ventures and included participation from others, including C16 Ventures, ATX Venture Partners, Lockheed Martin Ventures, Valor Equity Partners, and Draper Associates, the global venture capital firm of prominent Silicon Valley venture capitalist Tim Draper.
