Responsibilities
  • Drive FP&A Processes: Take a hands-on approach and lead the company-wide financial planning process, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, partnering closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights that guide critical business decisions.
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and manage complex financial models to evaluate company performance, support strategic initiatives, and explain variances between forecasts and actual results.
  • Performance Insights: Deliver timely and actionable financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform business leaders and influence performance.
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency, leveraging automation and financial tools to support the company’s growth.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead ad hoc projects, including M&A analysis, financial integrations, and other special initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a focus on continuous improvement.
