Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates across multiple functions
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet rapid hiring needs
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage
  • Meet and exceed hiring goals and time-to-fill targets
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruiting efficiency
  • Track recruiting metrics and report on progress regularly
