Learn golf-shop merchandise and help guests find products, make recommendations, and handle special orders.
Process merchandise sales, greens fees, and equipment rentals while maintaining accurate records.

Support the organization of tournaments and special events, coordinating with different departments.
Organize merchandise displays, assist with inventory counts, and support handicapping systems and driving-range operations.

What You'll Do:
Learn the retail side of golf. You'll become an expert on our golf shop merchandise, help guests find what they need, and handle special orders. This means understanding products well enough to make real recommendations, not just ringing up sales.
Handle real transactions. You'll process merchandise sales, greens fees, and equipment rentals while keeping accurate records. You'll learn the financial side of golf operations through actual daily work, not textbook theory.
Provide genuine customer service. You'll answer guest questions, schedule tee times, and maintain professional phone interactions. When guests call, you'll be the voice they hear representing Bandon Dunes.
Support tournaments and events. You'll help organize competitions and special events, coordinating between different departments to make sure everything runs smoothly. This is where you'll see how all the moving pieces fit together.
Manage inventory and operations. You'll help keep merchandise displays organized, assist with inventory counts, and support various services like handicapping systems and driving range operations.
