  • Demonstrated success in analyzing market opportunities, defining market requirements, and managing go-to-market for SaaS B2B services/support offerings

Responsibilities
  • Help develop and optimize positioning, messaging and sales tools to support segment growth and adoption
  • Maintain quantitative and qualitative performance measures on segment performance
  • Be the voice of the customer for internal cross-functional teams to ensure product and sales priorities align with ideal customer profiles
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new offerings (messaging, launch, enablement, etc.)
  • Build and maintain market expertise on eCommerce and Social Marketing trends, consumer shopping behavior and buyer needs
