- At least three years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing quality, testing, laboratory quality, or a related technical field.

- Review and approve manufacturing and testing records, travelers, inspection reports, and certification packages.
- Witness and document mechanical snubber testing, tensile testing, chemistry verification, and other laboratory activities as required.
- Support quality oversight of radiological hot shop activities in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
- Verify material traceability throughout receiving, processing, testing, and final shipment activities.
- Ensure measuring and test equipment is calibrated, properly identified, and maintained in accordance with established requirements.
- Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming materials and products.
- Assist with investigation of nonconformances, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory assessments.
- Review customer requirements and provide quality input during contract review and order processing activities.
- Maintain quality records and inspection documentation for accurate retrieval and retention.
- Interface with customers, auditors, suppliers, engineering, operations, and laboratory personnel regarding quality-related issues.
- Promote a strong safety culture.
- Experience working within an ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ASME, NQA-1, or similar regulated quality program.
- Experience performing mechanical, dimensional, materials, or laboratory inspections.
- Experience reviewing material certifications, test reports, calibration records, and manufacturing documentation.
- Previous experience in nuclear, power generation, industrial testing, or radiological environments.
- ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with tensile testing, material chemistry verification, mechanical testing, or calibration systems.
- Familiarity with radiological controls, radioactive material handling, or hot shop operations.
- Experience with corrective action systems and nonconformance reporting.

ASC rigid couplings revolutionize fire safety. ASC Engineered Solutions has launched two new patent-pending rigid couplings designed to streamline fire safety piping system installations. The recently introduced SPF Anvil Fig. C9-CL and Gruvlok Fig. FP74CL include Sabertooth(TM) Installation Technology, which facilitates swift and precise visual and tactile installation verification. These couplings have gained both FM Approval and UL Listing, ensuring they are ready to meet industry standards. Efficient grooved fire system joint installation. The Fig. C9-CL and Fig. FP74CL couplings provide one of the most efficient methods for grooved fire system joint installation currently available. With a simple touch or brief look, installers can confirm the couplings are correctly positioned, even in challenging environments such as tight or dimly lit spaces or areas obscured by ductwork.
